Notary Public

Appointed by the Supreme Court of South Australia, a Notary Public is most often required to verify documents, particularly those that are to be tendered or will take effect in other parts of the world.

Confirmation of such verification may take the form of a Notary's seal being affixed to the original document or a separate Notarial certificate being issued and attached to the document.

A Public Notary is also able to take affidavits.
